Prompt and courteous service

After doing lots of research, I decided that NAH&A had the most realistic price for my new gas pack. The Instalation crew arived on the agreed day, on time. 4 hours later the instal was complete. They disposed of the old unit. This is family run business that still values good customer service.

Heat out at my place and they show up the same day and fix the problem. Just amazing service.

They did our install, service afterwards, took 10 minutes to walk me through an Ecobee thermostat install, and just completed scheduled maintenance (tech they sent was great). I was so impressed with everything that I signed up for their monthly Homesaver Plan. Very pleasant, knowledgeable folks, doing good work for a fair price, which is all - really - a homeowner is looking for, and these guys are ‘it’.
