Most equipment warranties cover parts and leave you paying for the labor. With our optional 10-year labor warranty on a new system, a covered repair does not come with a surprise bill.
When an HVAC manufacturer advertises a 10-year warranty, they almost always mean parts. If a covered part fails, the manufacturer supplies the part, but the homeowner pays for the technician's time to diagnose the problem, remove the failed part and install the new one. On larger repairs, that labor can be a big share of the bill.
A labor warranty closes that gap. With North Alabama Heating & A/C, new system installations can include an optional 10-year labor warranty, provided through Daikin, the manufacturer behind the Amana equipment we install. It is not just our promise on paper. It is coverage backed by the manufacturer.

Two kinds of protection for your new system.
Covers defective parts on your new equipment. Full coverage depends on registering the equipment within the manufacturer's deadline.
Covers the labor to repair a covered failure for ten years, provided by NAHA through Daikin.
We register your equipment with the manufacturer after install, so your parts coverage is not lost to a missed deadline.
Plain terms. The written terms of the Daikin program are the final word.

A warranty is only as good as the company standing behind it. We have served North Alabama since 1977, and we plan to be here to honor every year of the warranty we give you.
